very rude, stated alot of confusing info to have my mother call, but would not explain what was about. Some prerecorded message saying press 1 if I want a free home alarm system as they will be in my neighborhood next week. Oh really, my neighborhood... free home alarm... Where is that wagon they think I just fell off. Why are there not laws in effect to find out who these jackasses are so we can file law suits against them for harrassment. This is how I would write the phone solicitation law. The caller has to Identify themselves and give a physical address as well as a phone number. They then have to prior to rolling out the sales jargon give you the option of "opting out" of future harrassment if you so choose.
